A workbook is an Excel file contains worksheets and your data. This article introduces to create a blank workbook and create a workbook from template.

Create a blank workbook

1. Start Excel.

2. Double-click Blank workbook.

If you already have a workbook open.

1. Click File menu.

2. Click New.

3. Then double-click Blank workbook.

1. Start Excel. => At the Start Screen or File => New

2. Click More template ->

3. Then you can find template by using search bar and select template do you want.
